Getting Rid of my Back Fat
Below my bra strap. Just above the waist. It’s there.
In fact, every time I arch my back, it makes its debut.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t recall ANYONE telling me that as you get older, Michelin Man rolls begin to creep up on you…and in the stealthiest of ways too. It’s like I woke up one morning, strapped in my 34B, and BAM - out jumps a roll from the catacombs of gravy, lard, and gristle.
Knowing that God works in mysterious ways AND prayers truly do work, I’ve been avidly asking God for a miracle. Unfortunately, and to my dismay, my wish hasn’t been granted, yet my fingers are still crossed.
In the meantime and since God seems a bit busy at the moment, I’ve taken it upon myself to use mighty Google instead to search for back fat exercises. And now that 2 whole days have passed (with no results), I’ve resorted back to our Heavenly Father! Jkkk! Even though I haven’t seen any results as of yet, I’m pretty certain I will, especially since I’m determined to no longer be “Thicky Minaj!”
